Minimum stay 2 nights
A credit card will need to be on file for your reservation and will be charged upon arrival. If you cancel the reservation, your card will be charged according). Minimum $100 charge for damages and/or excessive cleaning including but not limited to smoke of any kind, or pungent smells. Room rate on this site do not include NH Room tax of 8.5%, this will be collected upon arrival.
Cancellation/No show policy
- Reservations canceled 14 days or more prior to date of arrival will notbe charged.
- Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full original reservation, plus tax and fees.
- Our Cancellation/No show policy is not weather dependent. We will not offer refunds for inclement weather.
- There are NO REFUNDS for holiday cancellations. All scheduled holidays will reflect weekend pricing. Holidays are as follows; Christmas/New Years (12/24-1/1), Memorial weekend, Independence Day (7/3-7/5),
Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day (10/8-10/13) - No smoking inside the building or units.
